摘 要:研究了摩托车底盘测功机的动力学模型,并在此基础上提出了以变频器和交流异步电机组成的交流伺服系统的控制方法。针对交流底盘测功机的能量流向问题,设计了能量回馈单元。同时,给出了摩托车交流数字底盘测功机的整体设计,对系统抗干扰措施进行了研究。Based on the research of dynamics model, a system schema of AC chassis dynamometer of motorcycle was researched and developed. The structure of the system and the electric control system were given. The servo-drive system was made up of AC asynchronous dynamo- and frequency -converter. Considering that the chassis dynamometer worked in tri-quadrant, we designed an energy-regeneration to resolve the complex energy exchange problem. In order to reduce the interference produced by system's on-off, frequency-converter, and so on, some anti-interference measures were put forward.
