感染致种植体早期失效1例报道

摘　　要：种植体早期感染大多由口腔卫生不良或种植体邻牙的牙周炎或根尖周炎引起,而由种植体对颌自然牙的牙周炎所致的种植体早期松动失效很少见。本文报道1例种植体对颌牙的牙周炎导致种植体早期松动的病例,分析了种植体早期感染的预防、诊断和处理方法。结果显示,及早发现、及时清除病变组织及感染源,有可能阻止甚至扭转病变的发展。Peri-implantitis is most frequently induced, by poor oral hygiene or periodontitis/periapical periodontitis from adjacent teeth, rarely by infection from antagonist teeth. The present retrospective study reported a case of early-period implant failure caused by antagonist teeth periodontitis. Clinical examination resuhs and X-ray films were presented. Precaution, diagnosis and treatment of early-period peri-implantitis were analyzed. Results indicated that pathological changes may be curbed or even reversed only if inflammation tissue and source of infection could be eliminated in time.
