摘　　要：心理因素在颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)发生发展以及治疗中的作用,一直是研究和争议的问题之一。本文对心理因素在颞下颌关节紊乱病的发生、发展和诊断治疗作用的研究进展作一综述。Temporomandibular disorders （TMD） is one of the most common diseases in eraniomandibular system. The cause of TMD is complicated and often considered as the result of multi-factorial effect including psychological factors and abnormal occlusion. Although psychological factors are thought to be the main reason, it is still controversial about its role in the development and treatment of TMD. Recently, considerable successes have been aehieved in etiology, dual-axis diagnosis, psychological therapy of TMD and experimental models by applying psychological effect.
