摘 要:体育新课程的实施使得我们不得不重新审视中小学体育教师的工作绩效。研究体育新课程下的体育教师的工作绩效及其管理问题,以保证新课程的顺利实施。本文主要采用了文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法。结果表明:中小学体育教师绩效状况不容乐观,其绩效管理中还存在许多问题。研究得出:体育教师的工作绩效是指与学校体育目标有关的工作态度、工作能力和工作结果。其可通过建立科学的考核指标和运用模糊综合评判与360度考核方法来考评。运用咨询、辅导、培训,实行岗位滚动管理和尾数淘汰制度,提高绩效工资,建立事业发展机制等可促进体育教师良好绩效的形成。The performance of physical education teacher in primary and middle school should be reconsi - dered with the implement of new curriculum of physical education. Through using the method of literature, questionnaire and expert interview, this paper studies the performance management of physical education teacher. The result shows that the status of the performance of primary and middle school teacher's work isn' t optimism and there are many problems in the performance management. The performance of physical education teacher can be evaluated by establishing scientific evaluation index, applying blurry and synthetic adjudication and 360 - degree appraisal. Better performance of physical education teacher can be formed by app - lying consult, guides and training method, practicing rolling administration of post and end elimination system, increasing performance salary and establishing the business developing mechanism.
