三维超声成像在膀胱肿瘤检查中的应用

摘　　要：为了观察膀胱肿瘤的立体结构，采用三维超声成像技术对２０例膀胱肿瘤病人进行观察，建立了不同切面膀胱肿瘤的立体图像，分别从不同方向观察肿瘤病变部位的形态结构，并与膀胱镜检查、手术结果进行对照。结果表明：三维超声成像所建图象清晰、直观、立体感强，可以确定病变的空间位置、形态及病变范围，三维超声观察与膀胱镜和手术所见完全一致。此检查为制定手术方案及评价疗效提供可靠的形态学依据。Three dimensional ultrasound imaging (3DUI) was carried out for 20 patients with bladder tumor and different dimensional views were reconstructed.The location and morphology of the tumor could be very well observed.The results revealed that 3 DUI studies yield a clear sterioscopic view of the tumor and provide accurate anatomic data of the tumor.The 3 DUI findings were in accord with the cystoscopic and operative findings.It helps to define the spatial location and the extent of the lesion and is useful to schedule the surgical strategy and to evaluate the prognosis.
