摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimers disease,AD)患者体内β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)代谢异常。方法随机选取70例正常人(对照组)、55例AD患者,检验其血浆中Aβ42水平和载脂蛋白E基因(ApoE)多态性,将AD按轻、中重度和不同ApoE基因型分组后与相应的对照组进行比较。结果AD组Aβ42较对照组升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);轻度AD组Aβ42较对照组升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01);中重度AD组Aβ42较对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05);ApoEAD各组较相应对照组Aβ42差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论AD患者体内Aβ42异常,与疾病的严重程度相关,与ApoE基因型不相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma A]342 and apolipoprotein E （apoE） gene in patients with Alzheimer＇ sdisease（AD）. Methods The levels of Aβ42 and apoE gene polymorphism in 70 healthy subjects and 55 patients with AD were measured and analyzed. Results The levels of Aβ42 in AD group were significantly higher thanthose in control group（ P 〈 0.05） .The levels of Aβ42 in mild AD group were signifi cantlyhigher than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in the levels of Aβ42 between moderate /severe AD group and control group （ P 〉 0.05）. There was no significant differences in the levels of apoE between AD groups and related control group （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Plasma levels of Aβ42 axe abnormal in AD patients, and which is related with the severe degree of thedisease, but which it is not related to apoE genotype.
