癌基因c-erbB-2在膀胱移行细胞癌中的扩增与过表达

摘　　要：应用原位杂交和免疫组化对９３例膀胱移行细胞癌中癌基因ｃｅｒｂＢ２进行研究。８例（８６％）显示ｃｅｒｂＢ２的基因扩增，扩增与肿瘤病理分级呈正相关（Ｐ＜００５）。２４例（２５８％）显示ｃｅｒｂＢ２的蛋白过表达，过表达与肿瘤病理分级（Ｐ＜００１）、临床分期（Ｐ＜００５）及复发（Ｐ＜００５）均呈正相关。提示在膀胱移行细胞癌中，ｃｅｒｂＢ２的过表达比扩增具有更重要的临床意义。Transitional cell bladder carcinoma spe cimens from 93 patients were studied by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry for c erbB 2 amplification and overexpression.8 of the 93 (8.6%) spe cimens were found to have amplificated c erbB 2 gene which was related to the tumor grade ( P <0 05).24(25.8%) specimens were found to have overexpression of the c erbB 2 which was also associated with the tumor grade ( P <0 01),the tumor stage ( P <0 05) and the recurrence rate ( P <0 05).The overexpression of c erbB 2 might provide more clues than the amplification of the gene in the evaluation of transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder.
