摘 要:以高等沉水植物菹草(Potamogen crispus)为试验材料,观察4 mg.L-1Cd2+胁迫条件下外施脱落酸(abscisicacid,ABA)对菹草某些生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,外施ABA可以明显减轻Cd2+毒害作用,使Cd2+胁迫下菹草叶片中叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸含量增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性提高,过氧化物酶(POD)活性和O.2-产生速率降低,且以施用2.5~5μmol.L-1ABA效果最好。Effects of exogenous abscisic acid (ABA) on the activities of some enzymes, such as superoxide dismutase ( SOD), catalase ( CAT), ascorbate peroxidase ( APX), peroxidase ( POD), and some other physio-biochemical indices, such as O2^-· generation rate, chlorophyll, soluble protein and proline contents, in leaves of Potamogen crispus with or without Cd^2+ stress were observed. Results show that Cd^2+ , 4 mg · L^-1 in concentration, decreased activities of SOD, CAT and APX, but increased O2^-· generation rate, activities of POD and proline content, thus leading to loss of chlorophyll and soluble protein. Exogenous ABA obviously enhanced activities of SOD, CAT and APX, but inhibited O2^-· generation and activity of POD. In addition, ABA also increased the loss of chlorophyll and soluble protein triggered by Cd^2+ stress,and proline content, thus enhancing the ability of Potamogen crispus to stand Cd^2+ stress. The most suitable concentration of ABA is defined to be in the range of 2.5~5μmol·L^-1.
