摘　　要：目的观察MMP2、uPA在腺样囊性癌中的表达及在肿瘤复发中的意义。方法收集80例腺样囊性癌病例,根据随访资料分为复发组和非复发组,用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测MMP2、uPA在腺样囊性癌组织中的表达。结果MMP2、uPA在腺样囊性癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为42.5%(34/80)、56.25%(45/80);MMP2、uPA表达在复发组和非复发组间均有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP2、uPA表达相关性有统计学意义。结论MMP2、uPA表达与腺样囊性癌的复发有关。[Objective] To observe matrix metalloproteinases2 （MMP2） and Urokinase-type plasminogen activator （uPA） expression, and to analyze the relationship to recurrence. [Method] MMP2 and uPA expression were assayed respectively in 80 adenoid cystic carcinoma （ACC） tissues including recurrence group and non-recurrence group by immunohistochemical method. [Results] The positive expression rates of MMP2 and uPA in ACC were 42.5% （34/ 80） and 56.25%（45/80）; The positive expression rates of MMP2 and uPA in recurrence group were in non-recurrence group（P 〈0.05）; Significant correlation existed between MMP2 and uPA. [Conclusion] MMP2 and uPA were related to recurrence of ACC.
