摘　　要：本文将新兴工业国家或地区及其外包生产企业作为独立的对外直接投资主体进行研究,提出代工企业对外直接投资动因研究问题。理论综述发现,现有主要对外直接投资理论体系中缺乏外包生产企业对外直接投资的专门理论或学说。通过对现有理论的缺陷分析,进一步提出了研究这个问题的基本假设和分析框架。This thesis studies emerging industrial countries or regions and their OEM enterprises as independent FDI main bodies. The theory summary finds that there lacks specialized theories or doctrines of foreign direct investment of OEM enterprises in the existing main FDI theory system. By analyzing the flaws of existing theories, this thesis presents the basic assumptions and analytical framework for the further study of the issue.
