用PAR指数评价直丝弓与方丝弓矫治技术的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:采用PAR指数对直丝弓与方丝弓矫治技术的治疗结果进行评价。方法:选取在我院正畸科经直丝弓或方丝弓矫治技术治疗结束的患者74例,对治疗前后的模型进行PAR指数测评,根据是否拔牙及治疗前相同的PAR总分值将患者配对分为直丝弓组和方丝弓组,每组37人,对两组治疗前后的测量数据进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后直丝弓组咬关系的PAR及总分数低于方丝弓组(P〈0.05)且直丝弓组平均疗程缩短4.2个月。结论:应用直丝弓技术疗程短,矫治结果优于方丝弓技术。Objective To Assess the straight wire appliance and edgewise appliance in orthodontic treatment outcome using the peer assessment rating（PAR） index. Methods 74 cases finished with straight wire or edgewise appliance were selected.The PAR index on pre-treatment and post-treatment dental casts and PAR score was recorded respectively.According to the same extraction pattern and pre-treatment PAR score,the samples were divided into two groups, straight wire group and edgewise group, and each group has 34 cases, The data were analyzed statistically. Results The occlusion scores and the total PAR scores treatment with straight wire appliance were lower than that with edgewise appliance（P〈0.01） assessment in the post-treatment. Conclusion Straight wire appliance was shorter than edgewise appliance in the mean treatment duration. The straight wire appliance was more efficient than edgewise appliance.
