摘 要:为防止高空作业车工作平台超载引发安全事故,开发设计了一种工作平台限重控制系统。论述了系统的硬件组成及软件流程,介绍了电气系统的工作原理和具体的实施方案。该系统的测量重复性误差小于2%F.S,偏载误差小于0.5%F.S。采用软件防抖动方案,解决了工作臂晃动时造成的误动作输出,确保显示仪表的稳定、准确显示。系统具有故障自检测功能,维修人员可通过标定器显示的故障代码进行故障判断和检修。系统具备应急功能,在限重控制系统出现意外故障时,能够保证操作人员安全返回地面。限重控制系统可用于直伸臂、折叠臂或混合式高空作业车及各种升降平台上。A weight-limiting and control system for work platform is developed in order to prevent accidents due to over-loaded work platform of aerial work truck. Its hardware composition and software flow chart are discussed. Work principle of electric system and its concrete implement scheme are described. The system repeated measurement error is less than 2%F.S and offset loading error is less than 0.5%F.S. Software anti-vibration scheme is applied to avoid mis-operation output due to the boom shake to ensure stable and accurate display of instruments. The system features self-diagnosing function of failures and service people can evaluate and troubleshoot failures according to displayed failure codes. Emergency function of the system can safely bring the work people back to the ground when accidental problem occurs in weight-liming system. The system can be installed on aerial work trucks with straight boom, folding boom or combined type, or various aerial work platforms.
