派性的性质与农村组织重建的资源——湖村、路村、岭村三村比较

摘　　要：本文通过对三个村庄的比较研究,分析了村庄派性政治为什么可能为农村组织建设提供资源。文章认为,派性具有为原有研究失察的三个方面的性质,即派性的部分利益实质与社区公益表达的不一致,派性群体内部有稳定的私人联系,派性竞争是一种特殊情态下的面子竞争。派性的这三种性质决定了农村组织建设可以将派性作为资源,并在派性政治严重的村庄取得进展。本文的这一发现将促使人们反思原有的对农村组织建设资源的僵化理解,从而把视野真正投向实际的农村社会生活和农民人际间关系网络;在笔者看来,这是重建农村社区组织的正确道路。基于此,对农村社区重建的涵义,本文也提出了新的理解。By comparative analysis of three villages,the essay analyzes why the Paixing can supply the resource for rural organization reconstruction.Author finds that Paixing has the three characters,expression of community public interest,inter close relation and reputation competition.These characters makes that Paixing can be used as the resource of rural organization reconstruction and drives notably rural organization reconstruction in Paixing village.The finding will give the new understanding of rural organization reconstruction and encourage people to find resource in real rural life and interpersonal network for rural organization.
