摘  要:目的观察视网膜脱离手术前后多焦视网膜电图的变化,评价在视网膜脱离手术前后应用多焦视网膜电图的临床价值。方法用德国Roland公司生产RETI scan3.15系统对15例单眼经巩膜扣带术复位的视网膜脱离患者在术前和术后3个月检测,记录61个部位反应,比较分析视网膜脱离患眼术前、术后及对侧眼P1波(第1个正波)平均反应振幅密度。结果视网膜脱离术前P1波1-5环平均反应振幅密度明显低于对侧眼组,视网膜脱离术后3个月P1波1-5环平均反应振幅密度显著增加,但均低于对侧眼组,差异有显著性。结论视网膜脱离手术虽然能达到解剖复位,但视功能却不能完全恢复;多焦视网膜电图能对视网膜脱离患者视功能进行定量定位测定。OBJECTIVE To explore the changes of multifocal electroretinograms(mf- ERG)before and after retinal detachment( RD) surgery, and to evaluate its clinical significance. METHODS Fifteen patients( 15 eyes)with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were enrolled, the responses from 61 retinal regions of mf - ERG were recorded 3 months before and after retinal detachment surgery, preoperatively, the average amplitude densities of the first positive wave(P1 - wave)of 5 ring retinal regions in the RD eyes were compared with those fellow eyes,postoperatively, the average amplitude densities of P1 - wave of 5 ring retinal regions in the RD eyes were compared 3 months before and afte surgery. RESULTS Preoperatively, compared with the fellow eyes, the PI - wave average amplitude intensities of 1 - 5 rings in RD were significantly decreased( P 〈 0. 001 ). Postoperatively, the P1 - wave average amplitude intensities of 1 - 5 rings in RD were increased markedly (P 〈 0.01 ) .There were significant differences before and after operation.CONCLUSIONS The retina could achieve in shape repairment, but it's visual function couldn't entirely come back. The retinal function can be determined and located quantitatively by mf- ERG in RD.
