摘  要:目的观察血脂异常C57BL小鼠光感受器的组织病理学改变并探讨其发生机制。方法用高脂饲料喂养C57BL小鼠,建立血脂异常模型,获取视网膜。观察其光镜和电镜组织病理学变化并检测血中丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果血脂异常小鼠视网膜外核层变薄,细胞核肿胀,排列紊乱,光感受器细胞超微结构改变且大量丢失,血清MDA含量增高。结论血脂异常可以导致光感受器细胞超微结构异常和大量丢失,其发生可能与脂质过氧化损伤有关。OBJECTIVE To observe the histopathologic changes and their mechanisms of photoceptor in C57BL mice with dyslipidemia.METHODS Established the dyslipidemia model in C57BL mice with feeding high - fat forage and harvested retina in the end of experiment, then observed the histopathologic changes of photoceptor by light micro- scope and electron microscope and determined the content of malonaldehyde in serum. RESULTS The outer nuclear layer of retina got thinner, cell nucleus got swelled and disordered in arrangement; the ultramicrostructure in photoceptor cell changed and the amount of photoceptor cells reduced significantly, and the content of MDA in serum were statistically high in mice with dyslipidemia. CONCLUSIONS Dyslipidemia could resuh in the changes of ultramicrostructure photoceptor cells and the amount of photoceptor cells reduced significantly, the mechanism possibly related to lipid peroxidation.
