新生儿先天性甲低促甲状腺素筛查切值的研究

摘　　要：目的建立长沙地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症促甲状腺素筛查的切值。方法新生儿出生72小时后采足跟血,滴在规定的滤纸上,采用酶免法检测血中促甲状腺素浓度。结果通过5443例新生儿足跟血筛查结果确定长沙地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症的切值为8.5μIU/mL。结论新生儿足跟血促甲状腺素切值的确定为长沙地区今后开展大规模的新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下症筛查提供了依据。Objective To determine cut-off value of thyrotropin（TSH） for screening of congenital hypothyroidism （CH） of newborn in Changsha city, Hunan province. Methods Heel blood samples were taken from the newborns born after 72 hours, and were dropped on the stipulated filter paper to determine concentration of thyrotropin（TSH） by using enzyme-immunoassay method. Results The cut-off value of thyrotropin（TSH） for screening of congenital hypothyroidism （CH） of newborn in Changsha city was 8.5μIU/mL, according to the results of the analysis of 5 443 newborns＇ heel blood sample. Conclusion The determination of TSH cut-off value of newborn provides a basis for large scale screening of congenital hypothyroidism （CH） among the newborns in Changsha city.
