摘　　要：Survivin是迄今为止发现的最强的凋亡抑制因子,也是凋亡抑制因子基因家族成员中最小的一个。Survivin组织分布有明显特征性,在胚胎组织及恶性肿瘤中表达丰富而在除了胎盘,胸腺外的正常分化成熟组织及癌旁组织无表达。该文就Survivin分子生物学结构、组织分布、生物学功能及与妇科常见肿瘤关系的研究进展与临床应用作以综述。[关键词]生存素;凋亡抑制因子;宫颈癌;卵巢癌;Survivin is a member of inhibitor of apoptosis （IAP）protein family. It plays a crucial role in anti-apoptosis of tumor cells. It is the most potent IAP, and also it is the smallest one of IAP family. Because it can survive the cell longer, so it is named survivin. The expression of survivin is tissue-specific and is over expressed in embryonic tissues and common malignant tumor tissues, but it is not expressed in normal matured differentiated tissues except placenta, thymus and surrounding tissues of the cancer. In this article, we reviewed progress in research on molecular structure, distribution, biological functions of survivin, its relationship with gynecological tumors and its application in gynecological cilinic.
