CDX2和MUC2蛋白表达与胃癌及癌前病变的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究尾型同源盒转录因子2(cau-dal-related homeobox transcription factor2,CDX2)、黏蛋白2(mucin2,MUC2)表达在胃癌及癌前病变发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测,126例不同病变的胃黏膜组织中CDX2和MUC2蛋白表达。结果:126例不同病变胃黏膜组织中,CDX2和MUC2蛋白总阳性率分别为60.32%(76/126)和51.59%(65/126)。在伴肠上皮化生和伴异型增生的萎缩性胃炎组,CDX2和MUC2蛋白的阳性率显著高于不伴肠化生和(或)异型增生的萎缩性胃炎组(χ2=10.00,P=0.0016;χ2=6.029,P=0.0141;χ2=16.31,P=0.001;χ2=12.82,P=0.0003),在肠型胃癌组显著高于弥漫型胃癌组(χ2=3.9904,P=0.0458;χ2=4.8424,P=0.0278)。结论:CDX2和MUC2蛋白与胃黏膜肠上皮化生、异型增生和肠型胃癌的发生有关。To study the significance of the expressions of CDX2 and MUC2 proteins in gastric cancer and precancerous lesion. METHODS： A total of 126 cases of gastric mucosa lesions were available for the study. MUC2 and CDX2 proteins were assayed by the immunohistoehemical stain. RESULTS： The total positive rates of CDX2 and MUC2 were 60. 32% （76/126） and 51.59% （65/126）, respectively. In the group of intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, the positive rates of CDX2 and MUC2 were significantly higher than those in the group of chronic atrophic gastritis （X^2 =10. 00, P = 0. 001 6; X^2 =6. 029,P=0. 014 1;X^2 ：=16.31,P=0. 001 % X^2 =12.82,P= 0. 000 3）, and also significantly higher in the group of intestinaltype gastric carcinoma than those in the group of diffuse-type gastric carcinoma （X^2= 3. 990 4, P= 0. 045 8; X^2 = 4. 842 4, P=0. 027 8）, CONCLUSION： Distinctive relationship is observed between CDX2, MUC2 proteins and intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia as well as intestinaltype gastric carcinoma.
