保留喉功能下咽癌切除与修复的临床研究

摘　　要：对1990～2002年44例行保留喉功能切除术的下咽癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,44例患者术后并发症发生率为45.4%(20/44),32例恢复了喉全功能(72.7%,32/44),出院时42例经口进食,吞咽成功率95.4%(42/44);3年和5年生存率分别为68.2%(30/44)和45.4%(20/44)。初步研究结果提示,对T1～T2期及精心选择的T3下咽癌病例采用有效的术式,达到保留喉功能、提高患者的生活质量是可行的。The results of the conservation laryngectomy in 44 patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma were retrospected. Severe complication occurred in 20 of 44（45, 5 %）. Complete restoration of laryngeal function was achieved in 32 cases （72.7%） and deglutition restored 95.5% （42/44）. The 3-year survival rate was 68. 2% （30/44） and 5-year survival rate was 45.5 % （20/44）. T1—T2 or some meticulous selected T3 laryngectomy and hypopharyngectomy is not only efficacious in the treatment of hypopharyngeal carcinomas, but also reserves laryngeal function and thus improves the quality of patients life.
