摘　　要：论述了功能设计法的基本概念和实施步骤,根据木材削片机设计的技术要求,对木材削片机的功能进行分解,并建立了木材削片机的形态学矩阵。应用模糊评价法对木材削片机的设计方案进行优化,确定了木材削片机的最佳设计方案。该方案经过实际设计制造,效果良好。The basic concept and operating steps of function design methods were discussed in this paper. According to the technical requirement of the design, we did the functional decomposition and built morphology matrix in design wood chipper, and optimized the design plan by fuzzy assessment. The plan was put into effect, and the new wood chipper worked well.
