极固宁治疗全冠牙体预备后牙本质敏感的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察极固宁脱敏剂对活髓牙金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备后牙本质敏感的疗效。方法将153例共计201颗经金属烤瓷全冠牙体预备后的活髓牙随机分为实验组和对照组,分别使用极固宁脱敏剂处理和空白处理,然后分别测试牙体预备后第14 d的冷诊VAS值、探诊VAS值。结果实验组的冷诊VAS值(3.35±1.67)和探诊VAS值(2.77±2.48)均小于对照组的冷诊VAS值(4.73±2.25)和探诊VAS值(3.91±2.08)(P<0.05)。结论极固宁脱敏剂可有效降低活髓牙牙本质敏感。Objective To investigate the effects of Green Or for relieving the dentin sensitivity of the vital pulp teeth after preparation for crowns. Methods 201 teeth after preparation for crowns in 153 patients were divided into two groups randomly. In group A （control group） ： the dentin surface was not treated by anything; in group B（testing group） ： the dentin surface was treated by Green Or. The temporary crowns were cemented with zinc oxide cement. The patients were recalled for a visual analogue scale （VAS） test of sensitivity of the prepared teeth after 14 days. Results B group was better than that of A group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Green Or has good effect on reliving the dentin sensitivity of the vital pulp teeth.
