摘　　要：大学生对"反腐倡廉评价"显示:腐败现象对当前我国稳定构成威胁及给党和政府带来严峻挑战与考验。腐败现象产生的根源应从权力本身说起,权力的公共性与个体性之间的矛盾导致腐败;转轨时期,特殊市场经济给腐败的滋生以温床;制约腐败制度的局限性和道德制约呈现出的弱化状态给腐败以可乘之机;社会上许多大案要案都与腐败有关。反腐倡廉应采取强力措施与对策:要完善制度,扎紧不能贪的篱笆;加强教育,筑牢不想贪的防线;深化监督与查处,高悬不敢贪的利剑。University students＇ ＂the evaluation of opposing corruption and proposing honesty＂ shows that the corruption phenomenon composes menace to our country＇ s present stablity and brings a severe challenge and test to our party and government. The source which the corruption phenomenon produces should be said from the right itself whose contradictions between public characteristic and individual characteristic lead to corruption. In the change period, special market economics give the corruption a warm bed. The limitation which restricts the corruption system and the weakened condition that the corruption restriction presents gives the corruption an opportunity that can be exploited to sb＇ s advantage. Lots of big cases are relative with the corruption. Opposing corruption and proposing honesty should adopt strong countermeasures： perfect system; strengthen education; deepen supervisory and investigation.
