改革农村成人教育,服务新农村建设

摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设是一个系统工程,目前的农村成人教育需要改革才能适应和服务于新农村建设。农村成人教育只有不断加强自身建设,强化服务意识,创新办学形式,扩大办学规模,进一步巩固扫盲成果,切实开展学历教育、科学技术教育、农村劳动力转移培训与社会科学知识教育,才能为社会主义新农村建设培养合格的劳动者。The new socialist countryside construction is a system engineering, and rural adult education at present needs to reforill to adapt to the new-countryside construction. Rural adult education should put emphasis on the following work： strengthening itself-construction, making the sense of services strong, creating an unique way of developing education, expanding the scale of education, further consolidating the positive results of the illiterary, carrying out academic credentials education, sientific and technological education, training for transferring of rural forces and social science knowledge education. Only after the above work is done well, can qualified forces be trained for the new socialist countryside construction.
