摘　　要：反馈项目作为会话的策略之一具有突出的语言特征和交际功能。从语用学的角度出发,研究分析了反馈项目的语境特征,言语特征以及它的语用功能,旨在揭示话轮转换的规律,使听话者在会话中积极地领会说话者的话语信息,并适时地、得体地作出反馈,使会话顺利地进行下去。Feedback item, as one of the conversation tactics, has prominent linguistic characteristic and communication function. The context characteristics, speech characteristics and pragmatic function of back channel item are studied and analyzed from the angle of pragmatics, to reveal the law of turn - taking and in order that the listener can understand actively the speaker＇ s information in conversation, feedback properly in the right time, and make conversation go on smoothly.
