摘　　要：用基于人工神经网络的混合建模方法,建立了离子膜效率的软测量模型.应用该模型,用复合形法对年产5万吨烧碱离子膜车间的膜效率进行在线优化,取得了可观的经济效益.In this paper, a soft-sensor model of the membrane efficiency is given by using the mixed modelling method based on artificial neural networks. Based on this soft-sensor model, the complex method is used to calculate the membrane efficiency on-line under some constraints. Some problems in the application of artificial neural networks and the complex method are also discussed.
