摘 要:目的:探讨转化生长因子β(TGF-β)通路中Smad4蛋白与转化生长因子βⅠ型受体(TβRⅠ)蛋白的表达及其在肝细胞癌(HCC)中可能的作用机制。方法:应用免疫组化EnVision二步法,检测46例HCC及19例正常肝组织中TβRⅠ和Smad4蛋白表达。结果:46例HCC组织中TβRⅠ和Smad4蛋白的阳性表达率分别为36.96%、32.61%,19例正常肝组织中TβRⅠ和Smad4蛋白的阳性表达率分别为68.42%、63.15%,HCC组织中TβRⅠ和Smad4表达明显低于正常肝组织(P<0.05)。结论:TβRⅠ和Smad4与HCC发生、发展密切相关。Objective: To explore the expression of TβR Ⅰ and Smad4 in TGF-βpathway and possible mechanisms by which they affect hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: EnVision immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of TβR Ⅰ and Smad4 protein in 46 patients with HCC and 19 normal liver tissue. Results: The positive rate of TβR Ⅰ and Smad4 protein was 36.96%, 32.61% in 46 patients with HCC respectively and The positive rate of TβR Ⅰ , Smad4 protein was 68.42% ,63.15% in 19 normal liver tissue. The expressions of TβR Ⅰ and Smad4 in HCC were significantly lower than those in normal liver tissue (P d0.05). Conclusion: The expression of TβR Ⅰ and Smad4 protein was closely related with the occurrence and progress of HCC.
