摘 要:青少年体质持续下降,敲响了国人警钟。现代化的生活方式—不良的饮食习惯,"静态化"的生活;应试教育,学生课业负担过重;学校体育的缺位包括经费少,运动场地、器材设施严重匮乏,体育课逐渐"空壳化",课外体育锻炼仅仅成为口号等都是造成体质下降的原因。国家应发挥好导向作用,即重视国民体质,以制度引导国民,深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,重视学校体育工作;学校须加强学校体育改革,推动阳光体育运动,即认真贯彻执行"健康第一"的指导思想,确保开足、上好体育课,加强课外体育锻炼;家庭、社会要大力支持和关心,共同促进青少年健康。The constant deterioration of the constitution of teenagers gives the Chinese a warning. The causes for the deterioration of the constitution of teenagers are as follows: Bad dietary habit in modem life style, "staticized" life, students being overloaded with examination orientated education and homework, lacks in scholastic physical education, including too few funds and the serious lack of sports playgrounds, equipment and facilities, physical education courses being gradually "vacuumed", and extracurricular physical exercising becoming merely a slogan. The state should exert its guiding functions, i.e. paying attention to the constitution of its citizens, guiding its citizens with institutions, deepening education reform, comprehensively boosting capacity education, and paying attention to scholastic physical education; the schools should strengthen scholastic physical education reform and promote sunlight like physical exercises, i.e. earnestly implementing the "health first" guiding ideology, and ensuring to open sufficient physical education courses, to teach physical education classes well, and to strengthen extracurricular physical exercising; the families and society should vigorously support, concern and jointly boost the health of teenagers.
