小剂量里亚尔在急性白血病化疗医院感染防治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量里亚尔皮下注射在急性白血病化学药物治疗期间医院感染防治的效果。方法31例AL患者定期常规标准剂量化疗220次,根据是否应用小剂量里亚尔皮下注射防治感染分成实验组(100次)和对照组(120次)。观察两组感染发生情况及控制感染期间,判断小剂量里亚尔皮下注射的应用效果。结果实验组感染发生率39.00%(39/100),对照组为81.67%(98/120),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在AL化疗期间小剂量里亚尔皮下注射有防治医院感染的作用,且安全可靠,可提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of small dosage intravenous G-CSF on the prevention of infection in acute leukemia patients receiving chemotherapy. Methods Thirty-one patients who received 220 times of routine standard chemotherapy and 220 times of chemoth,rapy were divided into treated group（100） and control group（120） according to whether patients had received small dosage of G-CSF, the infection occurrence and duration of controlling infection were observed. Results The infection rate in treated group and control group was 39.00% （39/100） and 81.67% （98/120）, respectively （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Small dosage of G-CSF is safe and effective in preventing infection in patients receiving chemotherapy.
