脑卒中恢复期患者生活应对方式的调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过了解脑卒中恢复期患者的认知态度和生活应对方式,有针对性地对患者不同心理应对方式加以引导和综合护理,使之更有效地配合康复治疗。方法采用解亚宁编制的"简易应对方式问卷"对68例脑卒中恢复期患者进行心理调查评分。结果(1)脑卒中恢复期患者积极应对因素和消极应对因素两个维度之间有显著性差异(P<0.01);(2)男性患者积极应对因素和女性患者积极应对因素之间存在显著差异(P<0.01);(3)从积极和消极两种维度分析男女患者常采用应对方式有差异。结论脑卒中恢复期患者生活应对方式多以消极应对为主,男性患者较女性患者多采用积极应对方式,女性患者多采用被动接受现实、自我安慰等消极应对方式。护士对脑卒中恢复期患者要因人施治,通过综合护理的方法调整他们的生活应对方式,使之更积极地进行自我护理和康复训练,从而提高他们的生活质量。Objective To guide and synthetically nurse the patients according to the different coping style by investigating cognition attitude and the coping style to living of the stroke patients in the recovery phase so that they can accept rehabilitative treatment more efficiently. Method Evaluating the psychologic status of 68 patients in the stroke recovery phase by the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire compiling by Xie Ya-Ning. Result 1. There is significant difference between the positive coping factors and passive coping factors of the patients in the recovery phase （P 0.01）; 2. There is significant difference between the positive coping factor of the male patients and the one of the female patients（ P 〈0.01） ; 3. Studying the coping style adopting by the male and female respectively through the positive and passive aspects. Conclusions Patients in stroke recovery phase mainly take passive coping style. Male patients more likely trend to take positive coping style than female patients. Female patients mainly take passive coping style such as accepting reality passively or comforting themselves. Nurses should choose treatment for patients in stroke recovery phase according to these results, adjust their coping style to living by synthetic nursing and make them nursing themselves and undertakinig rehabilitation training more actively so as to improve their quality of life.
