阿立哌唑治疗儿童期首发精神分裂症临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗儿童期首发精神分裂症患者临床疗效及安全性。方法对60例儿童期首发精神分裂症患者应用阿立哌治疗,观察8w。于治疗前及治疗第1w、2w、4w、6w、8w末采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗8w末总有效率为80.0%;阳性与阴性症状量表评分,治疗2w末起总分及各因子分均较治疗前有极显著下降(P<0.01),且随着治疗时间的延长各分值均呈持续性下降;不良反应轻微,多可自行缓解。结论阿立哌唑治疗儿童期首发精神分裂症患者起效快,疗效显著,不良反应轻微,安全性高,依从性好。objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of aripirazole in the treatment of childhood patients with first-episode schizophrehia. Methods 60 childhood patients with first-episode schizophrenia were treated with aripirazole for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and side effects with Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale（TESS） before treatment and at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th week treatment, respectively. Results At the end of 8th week, total effective rate was 80.0% ; since the end of 2nd week, total score and all factors＇ acores lowered significantly compared with pre-treatment（P〈0.01）, along with therapry time extending all factors＇ scores lowered continously; side effects were light and most of them could relieve automatically. Conclusion Aripirazole takes effects fast and has significant efficacy, mild side effects, higher safety and better compliance.
