摘 要:目的探讨生物反馈疗法干预学生考试焦虑的临床效果。方法采用考试焦虑量表对529名医学院校二年级学生进行考试焦虑水平的普测,从得分≥12分的学生中随机抽取80名,分为实验组与对照组各40名。实验组应用VBFB3000生物反馈诊疗系统中的焦虑治疗程序进行生物反馈治疗,共治疗12次,30min.次-1,2次.w-1,并于治疗6w末进行考试焦虑量表的复测。结果考试焦虑发生率为49.43%。生物反馈治疗干预6w末实验组男女生焦虑水平均较干预前有显著下降(P<0.05或0.01),对照组均无显著变化(P>0.05),实验组均较对照组下降显著(P<0.01),但平均焦虑水平仍然>12分。干预前后两组考试焦虑量表评分女生均高于男生,但差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论生物反馈疗法可有效降低个体的考试焦虑水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of biofeedback therapy in test anxiety of medical students. Methods Test anxieyt levels of 529 second year students of medical university were tested with the Test Anxiety Scale(TAS), 80 ones whose scores≥12 were randomly selected and divided into experiment and control group. The experiment group were treated with biofeedback therapy according to treatment procedure for anxiety in the VBFB3000 biofeedback diagnose and treatment system for 12 times,30 minutes per time, twice per week, and repeat tests of the TAS were conducted at the end of the 6th week. Results The incidence of test anxiety was 49.43% at the end of the 6th week, test anxiety levels decreased more significantly compared with pre-intervention (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01 ), there was no significant changes in the control group(P〉0.05), test anxiety levels decreased more significantly in the experiment than in the control group(P〈0.01) ,but mean anxiety level was yet 〉12 the TAS score of the female was higher than that of the male of both groups before and after intervention, but the difference was not significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion Biofeedback therapy can effectively lower individual test anxiety level.
