摘　　要：假按揭给商业银行带来巨大的法律风险,严重威胁着银行信贷资金的安全,为防范假按揭的蔓延,应正确适用法律。False mortgage brings high legal risks to commercial banks and seriously threatens the security of bank credit funds. In order to prevent the spread of false mortgage, a proper law shall be applied.
