摘　　要：通过对ML4425专用集成芯片功能的研究,针对所设计的无刷电动机系统选择外围器件关键参数。利用此芯片搭建系统电路,提出了通过增加简单电路来提高芯片的工作性能的方法,组成闭环调速系统。分析了系统运行的原理并实测了系统的运行特性,验证了理论分析的正确性,还总结了调试过程中的一些经验和技巧,为进一步研究打下基础。Aiming at the desired system the critical periphery component is chosen by the study of the application in the specific integrated circuit MIA425 in detail. In the process of building up the circuit system and composing the closed loop timing circuit, the method of improving the performance of chip through adding some simple periphery is offered. Also the principle of the system and the operating characteristic of the actual measurement are analyzed and the exactness of the theory analyses and the agreement with the calculate is proved. Finally, by summarizing the experience and skills in the course of experimentation, the foundation for study further is laid.
