退耕还林（草）对黄土丘陵沟壑区农民经济生活影响的分析——以安塞县为例

摘　　要：以安塞县退耕还林（草）试点工作为对象,以参与性农村评估（Participatory Rural Appraisal,PRA）为调查方法和统计年鉴为基础,对安塞县实行退耕还林工程以来,农村社会经济的变化情况进行调查分析,结果表明,退耕后促进了当地农业劳动力的转移和生活用能的变化,农业产业结构和种植结构的调整和家庭收入呈现多元化,对退耕还林（草）的顺利开展具有重要意义。With Ansai county as the target area and Participatory Rural Appraisal （PRA）as the main method and statistical yearbook as foundation, after ＂Grain for Green Project＂ was in Ansai, a survey was carried out on farmers＂ economics and living. The results show that the local agricultural labor force shift, the average per person cultivated area reduction , the farmer meals structure and the life＂ energy was impacted. But accelerated process on the structural adjustment of the industrial structure of agriculture and the cultivation and the diversity of family income. This was very important to the conversion of slope farmland to forest or grassland.
