小流域防护工程体系建设与可持续性评价——以黑牛河流域为例

摘  要:工程防护体系建设是小流域可持续发展的主要措施之一。在详细分析黑牛河流域自然及水土流失概况的基础上,研究探讨了该流域水土保持防护工程体系建设,提出了水土保持防护工程体系的标准和设计规则,并对其防护体系进行了可持续性评价,认为该流域水土保持防护工程体系已初步建立,而且发挥作用,水土保持产业形成,生态经济农业可持续发展。The Construction of Ecological Protection Engineering System is a key measure to keep small watershed sustainable development. The construction method and the criterion of soil and water conservation projects were analyzed based on the soil water and soil erosion. The evaluation on sustainable development showed that ecological protection engineering system were established and had a good practicability. The system of ecological economy farming was developed sustainably and water and soil conservation industrialization was found.
