摘　　要：Along with Hongkong and Macao＇s return to China mainland, Chinese arbitration problems between different law territories under ＂one country, two systems, four law territories＂ then become day by day prominent. This article revolves the relative problems of Chinese arbitration between different law territories to evaluate, and alms at the existent question, put forward the concrete proposal.随着中国对香港、澳门恢复行使主权，“一国两制四法域”下的中国区际仲裁问题则日益突出。本文围绕中国区际仲裁的相关问题加以评析，并针封存在的问题，提出了具体的建议。
