摘  要:针对乙基麦芽酚生产过程所产生的含盐废酸,采用气液固三相精馏联合脱盐的特殊方法,制得了可循环利用的盐酸。探索了精馏的最佳操作温度、压强、各物流的流速及回流比等工艺条件对精馏效果的影响。通过在一定温度区间脱盐,实现了废酸循环利用的连续化操作。In this paper, a particular triphase distillation for the recovery of salty scarp acid from the green circular technology of ethyl maltol(2-ethyl-3-hydroxy-4H-pyranone-4) is studied. Exploratory experiments indicate that purified hydrochloric acid can be concentrated to 12% from 2.5% steadily by a especial method of decompressed siding distillation associated with salt-removal. The optimum conditions of distillation are searched, such as temperature , pressure , concentration , velocity of different streams and ratio of refluence. In a low pressure of 40kPa, tile boiling point decreases to below 80℃,in these conditions, continuous recovery of scrap acid is realized through the salt-removal in a proper temperature range of 100-90℃.
