摘　　要：一般地方高校战略联盟的国际化是其适应高等教育国际化的必然要求,也是其提升办学层次、增强核心竞争力和提高人才培养质量的必然选择。校际间的战略合作是战略联盟国际化的基础,师生的国际交流与互派是战略联盟国际化的重要组成部分,课程体系的国际化是战略联盟国际化的重要内容,学术与科研的国际交流与合作是战略联盟国际化的基本形式,本土特色的国际化是战略联盟国际化的切入点和重要目标。The internationalization of the strategic alliance of local colleges and universities is a requirement to suit the internationalization of higher education. It is the only solution to raise the level of school-running, to strengthen its competitive power, and to improve the quality of personnel training. The strategic cooperation of colleges and universities is the basis of internationalization of strategic alliance. International exchange of teachers and students i~ its essential component, internationalization of curriculum system its main content, the international exchange and cooperation of academic and scientific research its basic form, and the internationalization of local characteristics its starting point and final aim.
