摘　　要：介绍了福利的概念和福利制度的特点,分析了企业福利制度实施过程中产生的问题,提出了企业福利制度改进的思路和办法。This paper introduces the concepts of the welfare and the features of the benefit system, analyzes on the problen ; in the process of the implementation of enterprise benefit system, and advances some ideas and methods for improving enterprise benefit system.
