摘　　要：从主动提供信息服务、用创新理念改善信息服务、多元化开展信息服务、注重人文关怀等方面论述了现阶段如何以读者为中心,更加有效地开展信息服务工作。This paper expound how to develop effectively the information service work around the readers at the present stage from four aspects of providing the information service actively, improving the information service with the innovative concept, developing the information service in multiple ways, and paying attention to the humanistic care.
