摘　　要：对高校传统筹资渠道进行了分析,提出了利用资产置换方式突破高校发展资金"瓶颈",对高校资产置换工作提出了建议。This paper analyzes on the traditional financlng channels, advances the methods for utilizing the assets replacement to break through the bottleneck of university＇ s development fund, and advances some suggestions on carrying out assets replacement work of university.
