摘  要:为探讨教师效能感与其工作倦怠之间的关系,利用教师教学效能感问卷和工作倦怠问卷对247名中学教师进行施测。结果表明(1)教龄长短和婚姻状况对教师的个人教学效能感(p<0.01)、人格解体(p<0.01)和成就感降低(p<0.01)具有显著的影响;(2)教师的一般教育效能感对其工作倦怠的耗竭因素具有显著的预测作用(p<0.01);(3)教师的个人教学效能感对其工作倦怠的人格解体(p<0.01)和成就感降低因素(p<0.01)具有显著的预测作用。To explore the relationship between teachers' sense of teaching efficacy and job burnout, the Teachers' Sense of Teaching Efficacy Scale and the Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory were administered to 247 middle school teachers, The results show that ( 1 ) teachers' length of teaching and marriage status have significant effects on their personal teaching efficacy ( p 〈 0.01 ), the depersonalization ( p 〈 0.01 ), and the reduced personal accomplishment (p 〈 0.01 ) ; (2) teachers' general teaching efficacy is remarkable in predicting.oexhaustion (p 〈 0.01 ), which is a factor of job burnout; (3) teachers' personal teaching efficacy is remarkable in predicting the other two factors of job burnout, namely, depersonalization ( p 〈 0. 01 ) and reduced personal accomplishment ( p 〈 0.01 ).
