同种异体胸腺移植治疗对中晚期恶性肿瘤患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨同种异体胸腺移植对恶性肿瘤患者肺功能的影响。方法31例移植病例均在术前及手术后1个月进行肺通气功能及肺弥散功能测定。结果移植后1个月MVV与FEV1明显优于胸腺移植治疗前,P值分别为0.003与0.018。结论重建血运的同种异体胸腺移植可以改善中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的运动肺功能。Objective To evaluate the lung function effect of homologous thymus transplantation to the patients with malignant tumor. Methods 31 patients were tested ventilatory function and diffusive function before and post 1 month transplantation. Results The MVV （maximal ventilatory volume, MVV） and FEV1 （forced expiratory volume in one second, FEV1 ） of post 1 month transplantation were significantly higher than preoporation. （ P = 0. 003 and 0. 018） . Conclusion Transplantation of thymus with reconstruction of blood circulation could improve sport function of patients with advanced neoplasm.
