摘　　要：目的探讨明胶海绵颗粒联合医用生物蛋白胶封堵治疗食管癌术后吻合口瘘窦道。方法3例食管癌术后发生胸腔吻合口瘘的患者在传统的治疗方法的基础上,应用明胶海绵颗粒联合医用生物蛋白胶封堵吻合口瘘窦道的方法。结果3例病人连续应用该法获成功。结论应用明胶海绵颗粒联合医用生物蛋白胶封堵食管癌术后吻合口瘘窦道的方法是一种简单、合理、有效的治疗手段。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of occlusion treatment of anastomotic leakage sinus after esophagastrostomy by gelfoam combined with fibrin glue. Methods 3 Cases of anastomotic leakage sinus after esophagatrostomy were occlusive treated by gelfoam combined with fibrin glue on the basis of traditional therapy. Results All the three cases were treated successfully by such therapy. Conclusion To treat anastomotic leakage sinus after esophagastrostomy, occlusion by gelfoam combined with fibrin glue is a simple, rational and effective therapy.
