欣母沛在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估欣母沛在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的作用。方法将子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组,欣母沛组应用欣母沛宫体注射后进行子宫肌瘤剔除术,催产素组用催产素宫体注射后施术。比较两组手术中出血量、注药子宫收缩及手术时间的差异。结果两组手术时间差异没有统计学意义,欣母沛组子宫收缩明显强于催产素组,术中出血量少于催产素组。结论欣母沛用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术可以明显促发子宫平滑肌收缩,减少术中出血量。Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of hemabate in the operation of laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods Divided patients under laparoscopic myomectomy into two groups. Injected hemabate or oxytocin into uterine separately during operation, observed the contraction of uterine, volume of bleeding and the time of operation. Results Uterine comtracted stronger in hemabate group than in oxytocin group, there were no significantly different between the two groups concerning time of operation, but the hemabate group had less volume of bleeding than oxytocin group. Conclusion Hemabate may promote uterine contraction, reduce bleeding during laparoscopic myomectomy.
