摘 要:目的:对苦荞粉预防高脂肪所致大鼠高脂血症进行初步研究.方法:将体重160~180g的27只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组,高脂组,实验组(含苦荞粉),每组9只.30d后宰杀,测定总胆固醇,甘油三酯,游离脂肪酸.结果:对照组、高脂组、实验组的总胆固醇含量(mmol·L^(-1))分别为:2.23±0.28,10.90±0.99,8.28±1.19,P<0.01.甘油三酯含量(mmol·L^1)分别为:0.61±0.10,2.02±0.24,1.47±0.42,P<0.01.游离脂肪酸含量(mmol·L^1)分别为:0.70±0.11,0.89±0.16,0.81±0.24.结论:提示苦荞粉能明显降低血脂水平,有降低血清游离脂肪酸的趋势.但对大鼠的体重增长无异常影响.Objective: To investigate the preventive effect of bitter buckwheat on hyperlipemia of rats caused by high fat diet. Methods: Twenty-seven male Wistar rats, ranging (160-180) g in body weight, were randomly divided as follows; control group, high fat group and experimental group, each group including 9 rats. The rats were slaughtered 30 days later. The contents of total cholesterol, triglyceride and free fatty acid were determined. Results: In control, high fat and experimental groups, contents (mmol·L 1) of total cholesterol were 2. 23±0. 28, 10. 90±0. 99 and 8. 28±1. 19 (P<0. 01 vs high fat group) respectively) contents (mmol·L-1) of triglyceride: 0. 61±0. 10, 2. 02±0. 24 and 1. 47±0. 42 (P<0. 01 vs high fat group) respectivelyi contents (mmol·L-1) of free fatty acid: 0. 70±0. 11, 0. 89±0. 16 and 0. 81±0. 24 respectively. Conclusion: Bitter buckwheat can lower the levels of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride induced by high fat diet. It tends to reduce the free fatty acid content in serum. No effect, however, is found on the body weight of rats.
