摘　　要：目的总结脑膜瘤手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析66例脑膜瘤病人临床资料,比较和总结不同类型肿瘤的手术治疗特点。结果全切除60例(SimpsonⅠ、Ⅱ级),次全切除6例(SimpsonⅢ、Ⅳ级)。术后偏瘫3例、植物生存1例、死亡1例,余均康复正常生活。结论根据不同部位脑膜瘤的特点进行针对性的手术治疗,多数病人预后满意。Objective To summarize the experience in surgical treatment for meningiomas. Method Sixty-six patients with meningiomas were retrospectively analyzed. The surgical characteristics were summarized and compared between different kinds of tumor. Results Tumors in 60 patients were to-tally removed（Simposn Grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ ）, while in six patients they were subtotally resected（Simposn Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ）. After operations, 3 patients were hemiplegic, one patient survived vegetalitily, one patient died. Except them, 61 patients recovered and lived normally. Conclusions Through the different surgical treatment according to the different regions of meningiomas,most of patients have a good prognosis.
