摘　　要：绿色供应链管理是适应世界经济全球化发展,提高企业竞争力和人类社会可持续发展的需要而提出的现代管理模式。本文针对绿色供应链管理的具体内涵,运用SWOT分析法,具体分析了目前我国企业实施绿色供应链管理所具有的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并针对我国企业的具体情况,探讨了实施绿色供应链管理的战略对策。the green supply chain management adapts the world economics globalization development, enhances modern management pattern which the enterprise competitive power and the human society sustainable development need to propose. This article concrete connotation which manages in view of the green supply chain, utilizes the SWOT analytic method, analyzes present Our country Enterprise to implement the superiority, the inferiority, the opportunity and the threat specifically which the green supply chain administration center had. And aims at Our country Enterprise the special details, the strategic countermeasure which the discussion implementation green supply chain manages.
