摘　　要：针对典型流程工业预拌混凝土行业中生产与管理严重脱节的问题,在详细分析混凝土搅拌站生产流程和管理模式的前提下,率先将企业资源计划系统(ERP)/生产执行系统(MES)/过程控制系统(PCS)三层架构概念应用于搅拌站企业,首先提出了预拌混凝土现代集成制造系统并详细说明了系统的总体结构以及各部分功能和实现,最后介绍了预拌混凝土搅拌站通信网络的集成框架.Aiming to solve the problem that the manufacturing breaks away seriously from the management in the typical process industry- ready-mixed concrete enterprise,This study presents a systematic approach to develop the CIMS based on the three-layer enterprise resource planning （ ERP）/manufacturing executive system （ MES ）/process control system （ PCS ） architecture for the concrete-mixing station enterprise. Based on the detailed analysis of the production process and the administration pattern of the concrete-mixing station. We present the CIMS in ready-mixed concrete industry, followed by the detailed statement of the whole structure and also the information about the function and realization of every model in the CIMS. Besides, the communication network integration of the concrete-mixing station is given.
