摘  要:目的探讨颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤(DNT)的影像表现,以期提高诊断水平。方法回顾分析13例经手术和病理证实的颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤的影像表现,并与手术病理相对照。全部病例行MRI平扫与增强扫描,其中6例行CT平扫,3例行18F-FDG正电子发射体层摄影(PET)检查。结果颞叶8例,额叶3例,顶叶及四脑室底各1例,病变位于皮层及皮层下区。MRI平扫呈均匀或不均匀长T1、长T2信号,增强扫描12例无明显强化,1例仅见结节状强化。CT平扫4例呈均匀低密度,2例呈低、等混杂密度;PET检查3例均呈低代谢改变。结论颅内胚胎发育不良性神经上皮瘤的影像表现有一定特点,综合影像学检查有助于该病的诊断。Objective To study the imaging features of intracranial desembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor ( DNT) so that to improve its accurate diagnosis. Methods The imaging findings of 13 cases of DNT confirmed operatively and pathologically were reviewed in comparison with pathological features. All the 13 DNTs were scanned by MR plain scan and enhanced scan, and 6 of them also underwent CT examination and 3 underwent ^18SF - FDG position emission tomography ( PET ). Results Of the 13 DNTs, all lesions occurred in the cerebral cortex,8 resided in the temporal lobe,3 in the frontal lobe,and 2 in the occipital lobe and the base of the fourth ventricle. On MR imaging,the lesions appeared as homogeneous or heterogeneous long T1 and T2 signal intensity , and there was not space - occupying effect or peripheral edema in 11 cases. There was not obvious enhancement in 11 cases and nodular enhancement was showed in 1 case on MR contrast - enhanced scan. On CT scans,4 of the 6 DNTs showed homogeneous low density and the other 2 showed low and assorted density. 3 cases on PET examination all showed hypometabolic changes. Conclusion The intracranial DNTs are of certain characteristic imaging features,which are helpful in the diagnosis of DNT.
